Hudsy is operated by Apex Core Solutions LLC, a Hudson & Gulf Group company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you request a free session, a free website audit, an AI workforce preview, or a demo, or chat with Hudsy on our website, we collect the information you provide — name, business name, phone number, email, and any details you share. We don't use advertising trackers. To see which pages people visit, we use Vercel Web Analytics, our website host's built-in page counter. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't identify you, and doesn't follow you to other sites. Our website host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to run and protect the site. The site sets one cookie only if you arrive through a partner's link, to credit that partner for 90 days, and keeps an open chat in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. If the link you followed carries campaign tags (the utm_ part of a link in one of our social posts, for example), your browser remembers which post or campaign it was for up to 30 days, in its local storage on this site only. It's sent to us only with a form you choose to send, and to our CRM and booking page with it, so we know which posts bring people in. It isn't shared with advertisers or used to track you on other sites.
To respond to your inquiry, provide the requested session or demo, communicate with you about Hudsy, and improve our services. If you opt in, we may send occasional updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
The chat on our website is Hudsy, an AI, not a person. To answer you, what you type is sent to the AI model provider that writes Hudsy's replies, and the website you give us is read to run the audit or preview you ask for. We don't keep the chat on our own servers unless you share your details: if you tick the box and send your name and email, we save them, your recent chat messages and the demos you ran to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so the right person can follow up the way you chose. Nothing is sent to your own customers; the chat's demo messages are shown to you only.
If your business uses Hudsy, your AI team sends the text it needs for each task (for example a customer's message, your business details, or a page of your website) to the AI model providers that write its answers. We use several providers, both paid and free tiers. Free tiers may use what they receive to improve their models. If you'd rather your data went only to paid providers, an owner or manager can switch on "Paid providers only" in Settings, at any time; what you're billed doesn't change. We never sell your data.
We send text messages only to individuals who separately and expressly opt in — by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our forms, or by giving us documented verbal consent that we record in our CRM. Providing your phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase, of booking a session, or of using our website or services — you can decline texting and still use everything we offer. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help; we honor opt-outs automatically and maintain a do-not-contact list.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, GoHighLevel; our website host; AI model providers; email providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
SMS consent is never shared. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for text messaging will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the messages you requested.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
