When you submit a webinar registration or a demo request, we collect the information you provide — name, business name, phone number, email, and any details you share. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics.
To respond to your inquiry, provide the requested webinar or demo, communicate with you about Hudsy, and improve our services. If you opt in, we may send occasional updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We send text messages only to individuals who separately and expressly opt in — by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our forms, or by giving us documented verbal consent that we record in our CRM. Providing your phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase, of registering for a webinar, or of using our website or services — you can decline texting and still use everything we offer. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help; we honor opt-outs automatically and maintain a do-not-contact list.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our CRM, GoHighLevel; email and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
SMS consent is never shared. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for text messaging will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the messages you requested.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
